Tried it (Again) Tuesday: Heat Holders Thermal Socks #Giveaway

You may remember my review of Heat Holders from the 2018 F3 Half Marathon. I ran a half marathon in a polar vortex (7 degrees) and the Heat Holders thermal socks saved my bacon – or my piggies, at least! It’s impossible to run with frozen feet and the socks kept mine warm and dry! Recently, the team sent me some patterned thermal socks and snow sport socks to check out.

Heat Holders was created by a sock maker who realized that socks were getting thinner and cheaper. Tired of thermal socks that were not warm enough, Heat Holders’ founder set out to make thermal socks “so warm that his feet would not know it was winter.” It took several years and a lot of trial and error. They wound up with a proprietary blend “nearly three times as warm as standard thermal socks and seven times warmer than basic cotton socks.” They also make hats, gloves and neck warmers.

The various weights of socks are perfect for winter. The Lite version are great for me for running on very cold days or wearing around the house to stay cozy. The Original socks are tested to be 7 times warmer than basic cotton socks. They’re great for the “Polar Vortex” days or if you have to stay outside in the cold for prolonged periods. The Outdoor Snow Sports socks are 3 times warmer than cotton. I can’t wait to try them if I get to the mountains.

I love the Fair Isle pattern!

The Husband likes his Heat Holders, too. He especially likes that they are soft on the inside and aren’t itchy like many warmer socks. We’re both big fans!

You don’t have to take my word for it! I’ll send one lucky reader a pair of Heat Holders Lite Thermal socks in the size and color of his/her choice. Please use the Rafflecopter below to enter. The winner must be a US resident, 18 years of age or older and the offer is void where prohibited. The giveaway ends on January 13. A winner will be selected and notified on January 14.
