5 Things I’d Tell You Over Coffee This November ’26

It’s the first weekend of the month, so I‘m linking up with Coco and Deborah for the Ultimate Coffee Date. Hard to believe that this is the second to last date of the year!

What is the Ultimate Coffee Date? Imagine we are having coffee together… this post is what I would tell you. So grab a cup, “listen” and then tell me what is going on with you in the comments, please!

I may “need” this mug from Etsy!

If we were having coffee… I’d tell you that I’m still smiling from last weekend’s NYC Marathon! I had such a great weekend, a ton of fun in the race and even finished 9 minutes faster than last year with a bunch of stops. After a tough summer of running, I’m so happy that it went well. Check out my race recap here and Instagram highlights, mini recap and reels on my page.

One of my fave pics from the marathon!

If we were having coffee…I’d tell you that we’re going on vacation to Morocco next week. I’m very excited. We have a great itinerary planned and everything is set. Except for me. I haven’t even started thinking about packing. Please be prepared to be bombarded with photos on social media. It’s also our 24th wedding anniversary. Good stuff!

Watch the reel here.

If we were having coffee… I’d chat with you about all of the amazing women that were elected this week. The number of firsts was astonishing! I didn’t know that there were so many female candidates of diverse backgrounds running. After 2 years of the tearing down women and minorities, the people have spoken. I can’t wait to see what these women do!

If we were having coffee… I’d ask what you’re reading and watching and what your favorite books, movies and shows have been lately. We watched Hunting Wives (a wild ride) and we’re watching The Diplomat’s most recent season. I read Dolly All the Time by Annabel Monaghan (loved!), No Mercy and All the Best Lies by Joanna Schaffhausen (2 in a series) and Those Girls by Chevy Stevens. The last three were pretty dark, but enjoyable!

If we were having coffee… I’d ask if you’ve seen any fun movies or plays lately. We loved Operation Mincemeat which we saw with Broadway in Chicago. After all of the Elizabeth Holmes signs at the Marathon, I feel that I need to see You Need to See Everything. My friends who saw it are obsessed.

If we were having coffee… I’d ask “what’s happening by you?” Please tell me in the comments!

I’m linking up with Darlene, Michelle, Renee and Jenn for Fit Five Friday. Join us!
