I love the portion size! I like to eat half before I workout or run and then to eat the rest when I finish my workout. They taste good, have a soft texture and are easy on the stomach. I even used them as pre-race fuel for a 10K and it went great. They taste like cookies and you can add them to yogurt or even ice cream to up the protein!
