One of my fave new finds at Sweets and Snacks this year was Party Pump Cashew Butter Squeeze Packs. Jordan started Party Pump in her own kitchen after years of frustration with fitness snacks. She was sick of snacks that either tasted like chalk or hid 16g of added sugar behind a wellness label. Part Pump Squeeze Packs come in four flavors. They are Cinnamon Buns, Coconut Cream Pie, Cookie Doh’ and Dark Chocolate Brownie. All varieties have 5g of plant based protein, real food ingredients and are 100% plant based. They’re also gluten free and low in sugar. The packs are shelf stable so they’re great for the gym bag or even in your purse!
I like all of the flavors. I expected that Cinnamon Buns would be my favorite, but was surprised to really love Dark Chocolate Brownie and Coconut Cream Pie the best. I had a pack when I was traveling last week to avoid extreme hangriness during an endless wait. These are great for a quick pick me up in the afternoon or really any time. I’m putting some in my gym bag and in my travel stash.
