You may remember my review of The Only Bean. Their edamame bean snacks are dry roasted and are packed with complete plant-based protein, high in fiber and are low in carbs. Since I tried them in 2023, I’ve been a huge fan. They’ve expanded from three to five flavors. I recently got a BOGO deal on a 24 pack of the snack packs in the original three flavors so I’m going to send it to a lucky reader.
The Only Bean crunchy edamame bean snacks are a great high protein snack. Each serving with 13 grams of complete plant-based protein. They are gluten and grain-free, vegan, high in fiber and low in sugar. They’re dry roasted (never fried!) and seasoned to perfection. Beans are also a sustainable crop. They enrich the soil when they’re harvested and provide 15x more protein per acre then land set aside for meat production.

The crunchy edamame snacks come in five flavors. They are Sea Salt, Buffalo, Sriracha, Wasabi (new) and Ranch (new). They’re great for a healthy crunchy snack on the go or on top of salads, soups or as toast toppers. Each one oz snack pack has 11g of protein and between 100 – 122 calories. Definitely on trend for protein. I like that it’s naturally occurring – not a powder!

We love these snacks. The Husband is very critical of “better for you” snacks. He’s a big fan of these and said, “get more!” after eating most of three bags. His fave is Sea Salt and mine is Sriracha. We both like the other flavors, too.
