I love healthy snacks and supporting local, women owned businesses. When someone tagged me in an Instagram giveaway for Every Body Eat Snack Thins I bought some on Amazon. Then, I devoured them and bought more. That was in 2021 and I’ve been eating them, sharing them and working with the team ever since. Since then, they’ve added crispbreads, cookies and now have pretzel thins, too!

Two Chicago moms joined together to make great tasting snacks that everyone could eat. Every Body Eat was born! One founder suffered from autoimmune disease that was exacerbated by food. The other had two children with severe food allergies. They set out to make a great tasting food free of the top 15 top allergens. And they nailed it with great tasting snacks that everyone wants to eat!

Every Body Eat Snack Thins are made of whole, plant based foods with ingredients you can easily recognize. They’re free of gluten, dairy, nuts, fish, soy, egg, sesame, sugar and corn. They’re vegan, kosher, paleo and keto friendly, too.
The Snack Thins come in four flavors. They are Chive and Garlic, Sea Salt Chia, Cheese-Less and Fiery Chile Lime.

I only have one complaint about these crackers. I can’t stop eating them. The good news is a serving of 15+ crackers is only ~100 calories. My faves are Fiery Chile Lime and Cheese-Less. The Cheese-Less taste like Cheese-Its. The Husband (who doesn’t usually like healthy substitutes) also loves these. He said he wouldn’t know that they’re healthy, but they taste like a “premium” version of a snack food.
