One of my fave new finds at Expo West this year was Seltz. They make effervescent vitamins in seven varieties. I grabbed some samples to try and then I saw them on sale at Martie (learn about Martie in the post script below). I got a few extra tubes on discount to share with a lucky reader!

I’ve been taking drinking Support Your Immune Function daily (and I’m packing it for London – because planes!) and I like the taste of all three. This is a great way to take vitamins – especially for people who don’t like swallowing pills.
