Chargel is a natural energy solution. It contains no artificial sweeteners or high fructose corn syrup. It’s plant-based and gluten free with only natural flavors. The resealable pouch with a built-in spout lets you refuel at your pace. It’s useful whether you need an instant boost before you get going or during your workout to finish strong. It’s also refreshing after your workout.
Chargel comes in three great flavors – White Grape, Strawberry and Apple. It can be used at room temperature, refrigerated or frozen. Each pouch has 180 calories. It’s easy on your stomach so it’s great to use right before a run or ride.
Since I received these, I’ve been using them instead of energy bars pre-run. On long runs (over 14 miles), I added a pouch to a small energy bar before I start. I love that it can be re-sealed and refrigerated, if I just want half before my workout and to finish it off when I get home. The Apple and White Grape are my favorite. The gel drink is surprisingly refreshing and not too sweet. I like the gel texture, too.
