The folks from Anda contacted me to see if I wanted to try their protein drinks. I’m reluctant with protein drinks but their tagline caught my eye – “your daily defense against aging.” The ingredients in Anda contain nutrients that focus on “keeping your body moving.” If you’ve been around here, you know that this spoke to me. I tried samples of both flavors. I enjoyed the flavors and the powder mixed easily into oat milk. It would be great for smoothies, as well. They do contain stevia and monkfruit (which I sometimes find have an aftertaste.) I didn’t notice the sweeteners or any aftertastes. These are easy to drink and have a ton of great nutrients.
