GEM sent me a starter kit with Daily Essentials, Calm Essentials and Sleep Essentials. It also came with a mesh bag and travel holder.
I added the Daily Essentials to my morning routine. This tasty but is Citrus Ginger flavor. It has a bright, pleasant flavor with citrus, ginger and turmeric coming through. It has D3, zinc, B Vitamins and more. I love the concept and welcome getting these additional nutrients without taking another pill. I really like this addition to my diet so I ordered more!
I also like the Sleep Essentials. It’s Chocolate Cherry flavor. You can taste the Valerian Root which is a little bitter. It also has magnesium, chlorella and L-theanine. I’m happy that they don’t add melatonin which doesn’t work for me. I like these and ordered more to continue using it.
