A few years ago, I lost my leak proof water bottle at Expo West. I was so bummed until I received a RuMe Bags bundle with a new water bottle in it. It had the same awesome leak proof top as my old one plus a motivational saying on the wrist strap. How awesome is that? I used it for ages. When RuMe discontinued these bottles, I bought a bunch on sale. I recently found one to use (I lost the one from 2018 along the way somewhere!) and one to give away.
Colorado-based RuMe, short for ReUseMe, started with reusable bags and totes. RuMe evolved into “a complete lifestyle collection.” They offer a ton of great products from bags and totes to luggage tags and now even jewelry and travel wear. Sadly, at the end of 2020, they stopped selling a retail collection and now sell only bulk for promotional items. I still have a ton of bags and other items in reserve.
The RuMe Water Bottle is functional and super cute. It has a flip top lid with a latch so it’s leak proof. The water bottle has a frosted texture to prevent slipperiness and a fabric wrist strap. You can attach it with a carabiner or even carry it as a wristlet. It has a small, removable filter at the top if you want to add lemon or fruit. It’s 18 oz, BPA free and has a slim profile for cup holders or side pockets in back packs.
