Good for Travel + The Planet: Nole Hair Care Bars #Giveaway

I met the founder of Nole, Alida Boer, at Nole at Expo West. Nole makes toxin-free, plastic free shampoo and conditioner bars. They’re from Guatamala and use batana a “secret” ingredient found in Honduras for softer, shinier hair. These bars are good for your hair and the planet. That’s a win-win.

Alida is a former beauty pageant winner, model and entrepreneur. After having a baby, she noticed that her hair was duller, shedding and she even saw small bald spots. On a trip to Honduras to give a talk on sustainable fashion, she kept hearing about a local product that was “a miracle for hair loss.” She was skeptical, but she tried batana and it worked! She created Nole to share her find with the world. It’s a “woman-powered company with one and only mission: help everyone rock their most beautiful hair, naturally.”

Nole bars are free of plastic, parabens, sulfate, silicone and salt. All ingredients are vegan and they are cruelty free. They’re PH balanced and contain batana and essential oils. The bars are convenient and easy to use. They offer salon quality products at a lower price. They offer sets by hair type: frizzy, oily, blonde, flaky/itchy scalp, thin and postpartum.

We tried the Citrus for deep clean. This bar lathers up well from the first use, smells great and lasts for several weeks. My hair shined and was very soft with just shampoo. The Husband liked it, too! These bars are great for travel as they’re compact and can be stored in a pouch or bag to take with you. We’re big fans!

Want to try Nole? Alida will send one lucky winner the set of shampoo and conditioner of their choice. Please use the Rafflecopter below to enter. The winner must be a US resident, 18 years of age or older and the offer is void where prohibited. The giveaway runs through August 11. A winner will be selected and notified on August 12.
