Immunity is the name of the game these days. Now more than ever we need to find great products to keep our immune systems strong. I recently had the opportunity to try a new product from Self Supplements.

All products are vegan, gluten free, contain no added sugar and are non-GMO. All you need is one scoop per day mixed with water. Each container is a 30 day supply.

- Immunity +Energy – formula developed to enhance your energy. It features Echinacea, Organic Lion’s Mane, Shiitake and Turkey Tail with Yerba Mate for “energy without the jitters.”
- Immunity +Unwind – formula developed to help you relax. It features Ashwagandha, L’Theanine, L’Trytophan, Melatonin and Magnesium.
Sleep and relaxation are tough for me, so I tried Immunity +Unwind. I take some of the other ingredients like Magnesium and Ashwaganda, but was interested to try this formula which includes Melatonin.
The elderberry flavor is quite strong. I found that I enjoyed it more with a can of seltzer water and diluting it more than the instructed amount. This formula contains 5 times the recommended daily value of Vitamin C, 3 1/2 times Vitamin D2 plus over 100% of zinc and much more. I like the base for immunity and the added ingredients for relaxation and sleep. I’ve been drinking this for a week now and so far so good! I’ll report back when I have more data.
