Gut Happy Cookies from Uplift Foods? Yes, Please! #Giveaway

I met Kara, the dietitian behind Uplift Gut Happy Cookies at Expo East last year. She’s an Australian living in NYC and is an expert in gut health. Uplift Foods is the culmination of years of research on the benefits of prebiotics on gut health and mood.

After a night out, Kara mixed up her typical “prebiotic fiber, resistant starch, antioxidant and probiotic packed breakfast mix.” She felt great, but her friends were struggling. They asked for help. She explained how the foods she ate made a difference. Within 18 months, her first product The Daily Uplifter was launched. She then worked to add these nutrients to cookies to make them even more accessible.

Uplift Gut Happy Cookies are plant based, low in sugar, grain free and contain pre- and probiotics. The cookies are high in dietary fiber (up to 48% of your daily requirements) and resistant starch. The probiotics support the gut, digestive and immune health. One package of these cookies per day can improve your gut health – they have studies to prove it!

The cookies come in three flavors. They are Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate and Coconut, Sunflower Butter with Vanilla + Chia and Salted Almond Butter with Vanilla + Chia.

The cookies are sandwich style with nut or seed butter in the middle. I like all of the flavors but Salted Almond Butter with Vanilla + Chia are my favorite. These are an awesome afternoon snack. The fiber makes them more filling than other cookies. The package of three is a great serving size.

Want to try Uplift Gut Happy Cookies? I’ll send one lucky reader one of each flavor to try. Please use the Rafflecopter below to enter. The giveaway is open to US residents, 18 and over and is void where prohibited. The contest runs through October 27. Winners will be selected and notified on October 28.
