Tried it Tuesday: New Sport Hydration Mix from Nooma #Giveaway

I found NOOMA, a coconut water based electrolyte drink, at Expo West in 2018. I love their Watermelon Lime and have been drinking and sharing NOOMA ever since. Recently, I joined their “Sweat Squad” and was among the first people to try their new Organic Sport Hydration Mix.

NOOMA was created by two former professional hockey players. As they progressed in their careers, they took their nutrition more seriously. They didn’t see the same evolution in the sports drinks they were given, so they made their own. NOOMA is an organic, simple-ingredient sports drink inspired by the fitness community.

NOOMA’s new Organic Sport Hydration Mix contains only organic ingredients. It has no added sugar. The main ingredient is evaporated coconut water. The flavors come from organic fruit extracts and oils and a touch of stevia. They’ve added a touch of sodium to speed rehydration and potassium to prevent cramping in the heat. They also add adaptogens to give you a bit of an extra focus and stamina while on the run. Finally, they add ginger to help curb GI distress.

NOOMA Organic Sport Hydration Mix comes in two flavors – Lime and Mixed Berry. They have one formulation of each flavor with caffeine and one without.

My fave is Mixed Berry. I like the caffeinated one for early morning pre-coffee running. I usually use a bit more water – one stick for 24 oz. I like the slight saltiness and the taste. The Lime is pretty tart. It’s growing on me – I like that flavor more diluted, too.

Want to try it? I got a bunch of the Organic Sport Hydration Mix at launch. I’ll send two lucky readers 10 stick packs each – in a variety of flavors. Please use the Rafflecopter below to enter.
