Tried it Tuesday: Elmhurst 1925 Unsweetened Collection #Giveaway

I’ve been enjoying Elmhurst‘s innovative plant milks for years. This year, I was supposed to meet with them at Expo West to check out their Oat Lattes, Oat Creamers and flavored Milked Oats. When Expo West was cancelled, they were nice enough to send the Oat Creamers and flavored Milked Oats to try. (post) Now they sent me their Unsweetened line to check out.

Elmhurst ran a dairy for over 90 years. In 2017, they went plant based. They use a patented process to make simpler plant milks, including their 2-ingredient unsweetened nut milks that are just nuts and water. Now they’re the fastest growing plant based beverage company on the market.

Elmhurst sent me their Unsweetened line to try. The nut milks have only two ingredients: nuts and water. The oat milk has three ingredients: oats, water and salt. That’s it! You get the nutrition and flavor straight from the source. They’re shelf stable until opened. They contain no added gums or emulsifiers. They’re vegan, dairy-free and non-GMO certified. They’re great for adding to your coffee or cereal and in baking and cooking, too.

Elmhurst Unsweetened plant milks come in five varieties. They are Almond, Cashew, Oat, Walnut and Hazelnut.

I used the Unsweetened Milked Oats and Milked Almonds in my coffee and occasional granola. The Elmhurst team recently partnered with Oats Overnight. They sent me some Maple Pancake Oats. I made them with Unsweetened Milked Walnuts. Then, I chopped up and apple to add to the mix and hit it out of the park. They were delicious and so easy! The Unsweetened collection is great for cooking, baking and smoothies, too. Check out some great recipes here.

Want to try all five flavors? Elmhurst will send one lucky winner a variety pack like I received. Please use the Rafflecopter below to enter. The giveaway runs through August 12.
