Get Back to School Ready with Nakd Bar! #Giveaway

I first “found” Nakd Bars in 2014 after seeing them on Kaila‘s blog (post). I ordered some and wrote to them and we’ve been pals ever since. They’ve been featured here a number of times. Whenever they have something new, they send it over for me to check out. I’m lucky that way!

Natural Balance Foods the maker of Nakd Bar is a British company. They’re “devoted to increasing world happiness with yummy healthy snacks, humor and helpfulness.” They’ve been making healthy whole food alternatives to processed foods in 2004.

Nakd Bars contain 100% natural ingredients with no added sugar or “other stuff that shouldn’t be there.” The bars are wheat, dairy and gluten free and are a perfect size for a travel snack, in a school lunch or pre-workout. They also have one full serving of fruit which is nice. You can easily read the ingredients – but some are the British version. 😉

There are two kinds of Nakd bars – fruit and nut bars and crunch (protein) bars. The fruit and nut bars now come in 14 flavors! My faves are Blueberry Muffin, Bakewell Tart (Cherry) and Ginger Bread. I also love the new Coffee Walnut (post).
