Friday Five: Natural Health + Wellness Products I’m Trying

It’s Friday, so I’m linking up with Fairytales and Fitness for the Friday Five. Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to check out some great new, natural health and wellness products. I’m going to share five health and wellness products I’m trying this spring.

1. CRYSTAL Mineral-Enriched Deodorant in “Freshly Minted” – My friends from CRYSTAL asked if I wanted to try their new deodorant in “Freshly Minted” scent. It’s not mint scented, but it “has a clean, unisex scent featuring subtle hints of cotton, linen and fresh mint, evoking a newly printed greenback.” Money scented? Interesting. CRYSTAL deodorant is all natural, vegan and cruelty-free. You can find it online for $6.15.

2. FRE Skincare – 123FRE Starter Kit – The folks at FRE sent me the 123FRE Started Kit to try. I’m late to the party here, but FRE is a skin care line that’s intended for athletes and people who like to sweat. I fit that bill. The line is vegan and cruelty free and they plant an Argan tree for every set they sell. Nice! You can get the 123FRE Starter Kit and other products online (use code AGRAN for 15% off) and some products on Amazon.

3. Neurohacker Collective – Eternus – The folks from Neurohacker Collective make “nootropics” or brain health products. They’ve just launched a new, revolutionary product for cellular health. It’s called Eternus. It’s a 38 ingredient formula that’s intended to impact aging at a cellular level. The benefits are “improved productivity and energy levels and restful sleep.” Here’s the science. You can get it online or on Amazon.

4. Gaia Herbs – Nootropics – My friends at Gaia Herbs sent me their new nootropics line to try. These three new vegan nootropic supplements “help your brain stay healthy and active, using traditional herbs that nourish the mind.” The Bacopa is for brain health, Nootropic Focus supports concentration and Agile Mind supports brain health and memory. You can find these online and on Amazon.

5. CBDology Subscription Box – I was offered the opportunity to preview CBDology. CBDology is a monthly subscription box of physician-curated, CBD and hemp products. I like topical CBD products, but have found the edibles make me anxious (the opposite of the desired effect I’m looking for). I’ll most likely review this box and give it away so stay tunes. The cost is $49.99/month (or $130 if you pre-pay for three months) and each box has over $100 retail value. Learn more and sign up here.
