Tried it Tuesday: BuckWHAT Noshes #Giveaway

I found BuckWHAT Noshes in a Fit Snack Box. They’re delicious healthy snacks made with the buckwheat groat and absolutely no added sugar.

The founder of BuckWHAT comes from the Ukraine. She was looking for portable, healthy snacks to keep her family going. She decided to use some traditional ingredients to make her own. These tasty “noshes” are made with buckwheat because of its amazing nutritional properties. It’s packed with protein, fiber, zinc and manganese. It’s naturally gluten free and low on the glycemic scale so it keeps you feeling full longer.

BuckWHATs contain only real food ingredients and no added sugar. They’re gluten free, vegan and a good source of fiber. All flavors contain only 5 – 7 simple ingredients.

BuckWHAT Noshes come in four flavors. They’re Cocoa, Crunchy Peanut, Oatmeal Raisin and Simply Sunflower. Each two oz. pouch contains 3 noshes and less than 200 calories.

My favorite flavors are Cocoa and Crunchy Peanut, but I like them all. Each nosh is the perfect size when you need “a little something.” The pouch reseals nicely and keeps the snacks fresh. These are great for me, because they’re satisfying without being sweet. Sweet snacks sometimes make me feel hungry for more.

You don’t have to take my word for it. I’ll send two lucky readers a 4 pack sampler. Please use the Rafflecopter below to enter. The winner must be a US resident, 18 years of age or older and the offer is void where prohibited. The giveaway ends on January 30. A winner will be selected and notified on January 31.
