I’m really into caffeine and swear by Run Gum. The Mocca Shots are similar in that they both have caffeine and B vitamins. The Mocca Shots absorb much faster than coffee and they taste good, too. While training for NYC and in the race, I used one pack (two gummies) for 200 mg of caffeine before my long runs. That’s like two cups of coffee. These work really well. I felt alert but not jittery. They also didn’t upset my stomach at all which is important. These are great for any time you need a caffeine boost – not just for running.
