I am back to share more loot from Expo West. If you missed it, here is my Day 1 recap. I will also provide a disclaimer. I was only able to walk about ½ of the show on Saturday and worked at the Simple Squares booth on Sunday (and saw a few more vendors) so these are some of my faves new finds from what I saw. Next year, I will try to go for another day to see even more and have even more to share! Last week, I shared my “new finds” – products new to me or new to the blog. - Thunderbird Bars – Thunderbird has a new look and new recipes. These real food (paleo, vegan, non-GMO, GF, DF, soy free) energy bars are chef inspired and contain simple ingredients. I will have a full review of the new recipes soon!

- Earth Balance – They make delicious peanut butter and peanut coconut spreads among many other 100% vegan, non-GMO, 100% plant based products. I have some nut butter samples to share.
- Big Slice – Big Slice makes real fruit snacks that are in convenient ready to eat pouches. They are made in the USA and have no high fructose corn syrup.
- Love Beets – These bars offer “healthy goodness on the go.” The flavors are Beet & Apple, Beet & Cherry and Beet & Blueberry. The bars are gluten-free, GMO-free, nut-free and a good source of protein and fiber. I have one of each flavor to giveaway.
- Kuli Kuli – Kuli Kuli makes all natural (vegan, gf, df, non-GMO) energy bars in Black Cherry, Dark Chocolate and Crunchy Almond with moringa leaf. Moringa leaf is an African superfood. I also have a sample of their greens powder to share.
- Wild Zora – These meat and veggie bars are super clean and tasty snacks that are very filling with only 100 calories. Love these!
- RxBar – The only bars to be recommended to me by a doctor – for real! These whole food bars have no added sugar, no GMO, no dairy, no soy, no gluten and no “BS.” They come in 8 flavors. They are also made by a Chicago company. I am a big fan and I have a bunch to share!
- NoGii – more delicious, all natural, gluten free Paleo bars.
- Zing Bars – 100% all natural bars made by nutritionists. These bars are 100% natural and mostly organic, gluten and soy free, high in protein and high fiber, non GMO or transfats and are “AmaZINGly delicious.“ They come in 8 flavors and I have a bunch to share.
- Simple Squares – I have been working with Simple Squares since 2013. In addition to blog stuff, I’ve had the pleasure of working with them at Chicago Sweets and Snacks and Expo West. These 5 ingredient bars are real food, 100% natural, gluten free, dairy free, paleo and come in 8 awesome flavors.
