I received the kit with step by step instruction on how to make the molds and use the gel. The process to make the molds was simple. I just boiled water and dipped the template and made the impressions with my teeth. It took less than two minutes. Then, they tell you to brush and floss and how to apply the gel to the molds. They suggest starting for 20 minutes to test teeth for sensitivity. I have done teeth whitening before so I did not expect to have an issue, but I stuck to 20 minutes for the most part.
I used the teeth whitening product for 3 days a week for two weeks. I did notice a result. Of course I drank coffee every day, so I’m sure I could have done even better if I had abstained or used a straw. The kit has enough gel for several weeks of whitening.
