A Confession To Make + What It Means For You #Giveaway

I have a confession to make. I want to be a bit more like the celebs from FabFitFun, and to be feminine and perky, but I am just not. I ordered the FabFitFun winter box, liked it and mostly parted it out as gifts and stocking stuffers. I then decided that these boxes – though they were cool and a great value – were not for me. Then, I got a coupon code for the spring box and I was wooed by the spoilers and a $10 off discount code so I bought one for $39.99. If you read this blog, you know I occasionally sometimes often buy things that I don’t need because they are a great value. Believe it or not, blogging great deals on Fridays and sharing them with the world has helped me to curb this habit some. Really. (Really, Husband – I swear.)

That said, on this occasion, I received the FabFitFun Spring Box for $39.99 (with an estimated retail value of over $270). My first thought was “wow – great value” but my second thought was “for someone else.” Why? Well, I am just not the target audience for this. I am not a nail polish person, fancy make up brush person, spring scarf wearing person… well you get where I am going here. Right? Like Popeye, “I am what I am” – a bargain hunting, tom-boyish, solid clothes wearing, city dwelling gal.

But, all is not lost! I am going to cancel the next FabFitFun seasonal box (not that other people should, but I should). Then, I am going to tell you about what is in this one. Then, I am going to give it away to a reader who will use these items and get the value out of them. I will learn a lesson and one lucky gal with get some enjoyment out of this box. Another win-win.
