You know I love my coffee! I love fresh brewed coffee every morning. Sometimes, I like another coffee in the afternoon or only have time for one cup. I met the folks from Copper Cow Coffee at Expo West a few years ago when they joined forces with Nutpods for a coffee break. They make all natural, sustainably sourced, pour over coffees. They pair them with condensed milk sugar or vegan creamer to make them Vietnamese style.
Copper Cow Coffee is the brain child of a Vietnamese American woman obsessed with great coffee. They’re “quality-obsessed, eco-friendly and proud to be part of the 2% (and growing) of women-owned companies with venture funding.”
Copper Cow uses sustainably sourced and organic coffee beans. They contain all natural flavors with no added chemicals. They also use organic milk and sugar. The pour overs can be served hot, iced or as cold brew. You can make it Vietnamese style with less water and sweet condensed milk or American style (more water) and creamer. Either way, it’s delicious.
