If you’ve been around here, you know I love to try new foods on our travels. I’ve always loved sweets, cookies (a/k/a biscuits) and chips (a/k/a crisps) from England. That was one of the first places I traveled out of the US and I have super fond memories of the snacks. I met the team from UK Imports at the Sweets and Snacks a few years bacj. They were showcasing some new confections. They’ve sent me some amazing care packages and prepared some lucky readers. Let’s check out this season’s fun products!
UK Imports was established in 1984 with a corporate office in Orlando, FL. They offer a variety of imported food products from the United Kingdom. They are a wholesaler and their team is dedicated to getting these yummy imports to US consumers.
My care package included a variety of crisps, cookies, chocolate, sweet onions, mint sauce and ginger beer. I’m a long time fan of McVitie’s biscuits and Jaffa Cakes . We love Ginger Beer (by itself or mixed into a Moscow Mule). The crisps and “biscuits” were a treat for the holidays. We’re still working our way through everything. It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it. Ha ha ha!
