Airfit Open Ear Wireless Headphones from Langsdom – Langsdom sent me these open ear wireless headphones. I love them for running and the gym. It’s so easy to turn them on and off when I meet up with friends or my trainer. They are so comfortable that you barely notice them, the microphone works well for calls and they stay powered for up to 8 hours. They are also water resistant and work well in the summer. Find them on Amazon. These are a lower cost option to the Shokz version (which are also a great gift!) I also have a pair of Raycon ones that were even lower cost and work great.
CBD Salve from Cured Nutrition – The CBD Salve is made with a blend of organic botanicals and full spectrum CBD. It comes in an easy-to-use topical balm that you roll on. Salve is the go-to for targeted pain relief where you need it most. It provides targeted, fast-acting relief and helps to alleviate stiffness and lessen soreness in muscles. Cured also makes a variety products with functional mushrooms, hemp and cannabanoids (microdose). I like the Flow Gummies that are made with botanicals and no CBD or THC. Find them online. They are so comfortable, have deep pockets and look great. They have awesome products for skiing and other outdoor activities for men and women, too.
Hydration Vest – During the pandemic, I loved my Nathan Hydration vest. It has a bladder and pockets for smaller bottles and your phone, fuel and keys. There are a variety of sizes, price points and brands. Check out the Nathan options on Amazon. My fave vest is the Norvan Hydration Vest from Arc’teryx (shown).

Cold weather running apparel from Craft – If you live in a cold weather place or like to ski or do outdoors activities in winter, grab some awesome base layers and tights from Craft. I love the new ADV SubZ Merino Long Sleeve Tee (on model to the right). It’s a great layering piece, is comfy and looks great. Perfect for traveling to wear to exercise or just out and about. Find it here.
Icebug Slip Free Shoes – If your runner is in a wintry place, check out sustainable, slip free running shoes and boots from Icebug. There wasn’t enough snow for me to try them last year but I’m excited to try them this year! Learn more here.

Check them out online or on Amazon.

Travel Backpack from Chico Bags – I love this handy backpack that folds into a pouch for when I travel. It has a front strap so it’s easy to run with. It’s great for when you are sightseeing and running or doing both at the same time. It also has two side water bottle pockets and zip pockets. Find it on Amazon.

Light! If your runner is into running outside after dark or before dawn or runs relay races, get him/her a lighted vest. I recently had the opportunity to check out the Tracer 360 from Noxgear. It has over 1,200 five star reviews on Amazon!

Warm Running Gloves – A lot of people have asked me for recommendations for gloves as they get into cold weather running. My faves are the Craft 2-in-1 gloves with windproof mitten tops. The mitten tops fold in on warmer days. You can get them on Amazon or from Craft USA. Lululemon also has a men’s and women’s version of these gloves that I have and would recommend.

Coffee – Check out Electrolyte Infused Coffee from Long Run Co. They have great flavors and a variety of roasts and also teas and energy products. Active folks may enjoy great instant superfood coffees and lattes from Grateful Earth or make anywhere single serve coffees from Travel Percs – get 10% off of your order with code ERICAFINDS.
Winter Running Socks from Heatholders – If you live in a cold place like I do and you may be doing more outside activities than previous winters, check out Heatholders ankle socks. I wore the crew socks in the F3 Half Marathon a few years ago in single digits and they kept my feet nice and toasty. Get them online or on Amazon.

Subscription Boxes – There are some great subscription boxes for runners including Runner Box. Check out the Fuel Goods Holiday Box here. There are others for Crossfit and other sports, too. These offer great opportunities for your runners to try new products. You can also gift a few months’ subscription so that the gift can keep on giving! You can also gift healthy snacks for fit folks from Fit Snack. I love mine! Check for holiday gift sales!
Gift Cards – You can give gift cards to your giftee’s local running store of choice – in these times, they can all use the support. I’d love a gift card to The Feed. It’s my fave place for “finding” new fuel, recovery and hydration products and energy bars. Plus, they have great sales and introductory offers on new products! Or consider a gift card for a massage, Pilates or yoga. Or offer to pay for a race!
