I “found” KiZE on a work trip to Overland Park, KS and then met them at Expo East in 2018. KiZE Bars have a handful of whole food ingredients and for every bar you buy, they give to someone in need. That’s why they’re “life changing!” There was a big holiday sale, so I’m going to share some extra bars I got with a lucky reader.
KiZE is inspired by the Japanese business philosophy “Kaizen.” It’s about “getting better, rising up and growing into your ideal life one step at a time.” KiZE Bars are made with all-natural, high quality ingredients combined to make healthy eating easy and enjoyable. They also “change lives with every purchase.” Each purchase supports those in need – primarily a community of 1,000 children in Haiti and underserved youth in the Oklahoma City area.
KiZE Bars are made with real food ingredients. All varieties are non-GMO and gluten free. Some flavors are vegan and dairy free, too. They’re great for pre-post workout, for on-the-go meal replacement or for an easy dessert. They’re also very kid-friendly.
KiZE Bars come in ten original flavors and there are four newer flavors. The original flavors are Almond Butter, Almond Butter Chocolate Sea Salt, Cinnamon Roll, Cocoa, Cookie Dough, Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Crunch with Pumpkin Seeds, Vanilla Almond and Chocolate Brownie. The new flavors are Peanut Butter Cookie, Crunchy Peanut Butter, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Sea Salt.
I love the taste, texture and size of these bars. Most of the bars are less than 200 calories. They’re great pre or post workout or as an afternoon snack when I want something on the sweet side. My favorite flavors are Peanut Butter Honey, Cinnamon Roll and Cookie Dough. The Husband likes them, too.
