I was influenced on the ‘gram to try Kailo Protein Bars. These real food bars with no added sugar come in three flavors. I was intrigued by the Oatmeal Chai so I bought a variety pack. They sent me an additional variety pack so I’m going to share some with a lucky reader.
The folks from Kailo (pronounced KY-LO) started mixing up protein bars in their kitchen. “[They] were tired of the fake stuff in everything else.” Since they got rave reviews from friends, they started making more to share and sell. They wanted to make something with no preservatives, additives, added sugars or “anything with a number in the ingredient.”
Kailo Protein Bars are always plant-based and loaded with 14 grams of protein (or more) in every bar. They’re naturally sweetened with dates and jam-packed with oats, chia seeds and cacao. The bars contain only non-GMO ingredients and have no gluten containing ingredients (they are made in a shared facility so they are not certified gluten free).
Kailo Protein Bars come in three flavors. They are Peanut Butter and Jelly, Oatmeal Chai and Walnut Brownie.

We both like the Kailo bars! I love the Oatmeal Chai flavor- I think they could up the spices a bit to make it even better. All of the bars taste good and are filling. They’re great with coffee and are not too sweet. The Husband especially likes they have 14-15g of protein per bar. They are shelf stable for 6 months so are great for travel or office snacks.
