These days you can find all sorts of peanut butter flavors and combinations, but Peanut Butter & Co has been at it since 1998! The Husband went to college with Lee Zalben, the man behind PB & Co. Back in 1998, a mutual friend gave us some to try and told us about his peanut butter sandwich restaurant in Greenwich Village. Who would have guessed you can now get PB & Co all over the US? I should have – it is awesome!
Since 1998, PB & Co has been “on a mission to deliver products that taste good, feel good, and do good.” They started in 1998 with a shop that served nothing but peanut butter sandwiches. They weren’t satisfied with existing mass market brands and their questionable ingredients so they made their own peanut butter from day one. PB& Co. is family owned and uses only non-GMO ingredients. They participate in a variety of sustainability initiatives around the world. Learn more here.

PB & Co now has 11 varieties of peanut butter, peanut butter powder, almond butter and chocolate hazelnut spreads. Cinnamon Swirl, Dark Chocolate Dreams and Crunch Time are still my faves, but I also love the new Simply Crunchy lower sugar crunchy peanut butter.

PB & Co offers individual serving Squeeze Packs . These are PERFECT for runners and anyone on the go. They are great for me, because when it comes to PB & Co, I have absolutely no self control. These are great to take to a destination race or to your desk to add to oatmeal or eat with an apple (or any other vehicle for your peanut butter). Each box contains ten individual 1.15oz squeeze packs of Smooth Operator.
