I’ve been a fan of original NuGo Bars for years. I first tried them and did a review over TEN years ago. Since then, I’ve enjoyed all of their products. A friend suggested I join their ambassador program so now I’ll be sharing some of my faves and new products with you. The Husband loves the Churro flavor that came out last year. They just launched Dulce de Leche and it’s our new fave in the “original” line.
NuGo Nutrition believes that the freshest, healthiest ingredients are also the best tasting. Twenty years ago, they set out to develop the first nutrition bars with “decadent taste, wholesome nutrition, and quality ingredients.” They are committed to keeping GMOs, artificial hormones, stomach-upsetting maltitol and artificial sweeteners out of NuGo products.
NuGo Original bars are crispy and crunchy like a classic rice crispy treat. They’re packed with protein and dipped in creamy vanilla yogurt or real milk chocolate. Each bar is made with real, wholesome ingredients, loaded with protein and is certified gluten-free.

NuGo Original Dulce de Leche layers creamy caramel flavor with the original bar. It has 15g protein and only 180 calories and is gluten free.
I was worried that this flavor would be too sweet, but it’s not. The Husband and I just love it. It’s perfect with coffee!
