I’ve been a fan of Four Sigmatic for years and just realized that I never wrote a full post about it. I first tried Four Sigmatic mushroom coffees and cacaos at Expo East in 2018. In 2022, I started using the ground coffees. Recently, I’ve sampled the new latte mixes. Mushrooms have been in for a while but are really having a moment now and I’m here for it.

The coffees are available in ground, instant and coffee pods. I use the ground at home and instant for when I’m on the go. I’ve been using Balance and Calm as I’m trying to cut caffeine and I find that the functional ingredients keep my energy up with less caffeine.

The instant lattes are great for at home or on the road. I enjoy the original and am excited to try the golden root and chai tea options soon.
