Celebrate the Season with Kate’s Real Food Pumpkin Spice Bars #Giveaway

I found Kate’s Real Food Bars at the Coffee and Tea Exchange in 2013. I’ve been a fan ever since. I tried all of the flavors last year and love these 10 ingredient or less, real food bars. I like them so much that I joined their ambassador program. I love Kate’s for travel and pre-workout, afternoon snacks or really any time. For fall, they launched a seasonal bar – Pumpkin Spice. I got some to try and some to share.

Kate’s is a woman-founded energy bar company committed to “fueling adventures and travels with organic, great tasting products.” The bars now come in nine unique, great tasting flavors. The bars are organic, gluten-free, non-GMO and soy-free. They’re “powered by oats and honey” and contain healthy fats and protein (like dark chocolate and almonds) to help fuel your day.

Kate’s is serving up the flavors of fall with Pumpkin Spice energy bars. The bars are made with pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, dried apples and a blend of warming pumpkin spices. Sunflower seeds and sesame seeds add a nutty texture and boost of plant-based nutrition for a great balance of taste and energy. These gluten-free bars are lightly sweetened with true source certified honey to make a nourishing, lower-sugar snack.

The Pumpkin Spice bar is very tasty. It tastes like one of my favorite baked oatmeal recipes. It’s not too sweet and has a nice ginger and cinnamon taste. I’m a fan.
