I tried PAINCAKES in 2020. They recently contacted me to see if I wanted to check out the relaunched products and to work on some social content for them. They also sent me some extra ice packs to share here, so read on!
PAINCAKES, the Seattle based company behind the “stickable” cold therapy device that stays in place without tape, velcro or bandages. PAINCAKES solves that pesky dilemma of applying an ice pack after activities. It hovers just above the skin to allow instant cooling relief, can even be worn underneath clothing and it stays put allowing for movement while treating the injury.
This re-stickable, reusable ice pack is made of a durable material that can withstand repeated freezing and thawing. The proprietary adhesion-GEL allows PAINCAKES to re-stick up to 100 times on clean, dry skin, providing cost-effective and convenient cold therapy.

I’ve had the larger PAINCAKES ice pack in my freezer since 2020! It still works well and the adhesive is still sticky. The best thing is that it’s not too sticky and it doesn’t pull on skin or hair. It’s just right! I use the small ones on my wrists to cool off after steamy runs!
