I found Poshi Snacks in 2019 in a New Hope Blogger Box and then again from Gelvio in 2020. I’ve been a big fan ever since. Poshi makes gourmet, ready to eat, shelf stable vegetable snacks (and new sides) that taste great and are super convenient. I reconnected with the Poshi team at Sweets and Snacks. They sent me an awesome care package and will send the same to a lucky reader, so read on!
Poshi stands for “Power Of Simple Healthy Ingredients.” It is simply all-natural premium veggies made easy. Poshi lightly marinates a variety of vegetables with Mediterranean herbs and steams them to maintain the texture and ease digestion.
All snacks and sides made with simple and natural ingredients. They’re fully cooked, shelf stable and ready to eat. Poshi is vegan, keto-friendly, contains 0g added sugars and free of gluten, grains, nuts and soy. They contain no artificial preservatives.
The Poshi team sent me this awesome assortment. It contained:
- A 12 pack of 3 each of Artichokes with Basil and Thyme, French Beans with Lime and Garlic, Cauliflower with Salt and Black Pepper and Asparagus with Rosemary and Oregano
- Green Pitted Olive Snack Packs
- 2 “Easy Chef” Side Dishes – Mediterranean Three Bean Salad and Artichoke and Asparagus Salad.
I love to eat the veggie snack packs in my salads or pitas or alone. I had all four and olives for the ultimate 100 calorie snack. I always keep a Mediterranean Three Bean Salad on hand for an easy side dish with sandwiches and soups and I’m excited to try the Asparagus and Artichoke Salad and the new riced cauliflowers. I’m for anything that makes eating healthy easy and tasty!
