I met Cameron from RNWY at an Arc’teryx run last fall. RNWY is a new sports nutrition brand “by runners for runners.” Their first product, RNWY Foundation is a naturally flavored hydration drink with collagen for joint support and vitamins and minerals for increased energy.
RNWY’s mission is “to energize, optimize and prolong your athletic lifestyles so that you can do what you love for longer. Their products are designed for all runners at all ages and life stages. They believe “it’s never too early (or too late) to fuel your journey.” They remind us that “running is a full body sport” and their products provide full body support.
RNWY Foundation is the first product in a series of products that RNWY is working on. Crafted with no added sugars and non-GMO ingredients, it’s ideal for post-workout or any time of the day.
RNWY Foundation has a great nutrition profile. It has collagen and a proprietary blend for joint health, essential vitamins and minerals for hydration and L-Carnitine and B vitamins for energy. Each serving has 35 calories, 9 grams of protein and over 100% of daily Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Niacin, Vitamin B6 and B12.
RNWY Foundation has a nice lemon lime taste. It used a but more water than suggested and it was just right for me. This is a great post run drink for runners at every level. As an older runner, I’m excited about the collagen. It’s also a supplement I know I should use but didn’t have as part of my daily routine.
Want to try RNWY Foundation? They gave me a 30 day supply and a Purist water bottle to share with a lucky reader. Please use the rafflecopter below to enter.
