I found Kate’s Real Food Bars at the Coffee and Tea Exchange in 2013. I’ve been a fan ever since. I tried all of the flavors last year and love these 10 ingredient or less, real food bars. I like them so much that I joined their ambassador program. Recently they launched a mini bar line with a single serving per bar. I love these for travel and pre-workout, afternoon snacks or really any time.
Kate’s is a woman-founded energy bar company committed to “fueling adventures and travels with organic, great tasting products.” The bars now come in nine unique, great tasting flavors. The bars are organic, gluten-free, non-GMO and soy-free. They’re “powered by oats and honey” and contain healthy fats and protein (like dark chocolate and almonds) to help fuel your day.
Single serve Mini bars come in seven flavors including the newest – White Chocolate Macadamia. The others are Lemon Coconut, Dark Chocolate Cherry and Almond, Oatmeal Cranberry and Almond, Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Mint.
Though I love peanut butter, my faves are Lemon Coconut and Oatmeal Cranberry and Almond. I like all of the flavors but I find these two to be “just right” in terms of flavors. They’re unique and not too sweet. This size is perfect for travel or putting in your bag when you need a little something to tide you over for a meal.
