I met the team from Plink! at Expo East. They were handing out samples of their “joyful hydration” electrolyte drink tabs. I’m a big fan of electrolyte drinks – especially during the summer running season. Each tablet contains natural flavors from fruits and vegetables and only one gram of sugar. I liked their vibe. They gave me a bunch to try and share and will send one box of each flavor to a lucky winner.
Plink! was founded by two dads looking for a better way to keep their families hydrated. They wanted to makes something that tastes good, contains electrolytes and that never comes in a can or bottle. They say (and I agree) that “hydration should never be a chore.”
Plink! is a low sugar, low calorie beverage that helps you stay hydrated. It has electrolytes, so it’s a great choice after a run, gym session or any active day. Every serving contains sodium and potassium. They hydrate your body and help you regulate nerve and muscle function.
Each single serving of Plink! contains 1 g of sugar and is only 14 calories. It contains 280mg of sodium and 200mg of potassium electrolytes to help you hydrate. Plink! is vegan and contains only non-GMO ingredients. It has no artificial colors or flavors. It was designed to be dropped into 12 oz of cold water. You can add more (I typically do) or less – whatever you like.
Plink! comes in three flavors. They are Pomegranate Berry, Watermelon and Pineapple Grapefruit. I like them all but my fave is the Pineapple Grapefruit. It’s very refreshing and different from other fizzy hydration drinks I’ve tried.
