I’m a long time fan of Once Again nut butters. They invited me to stop by at Expo East to check out their gluten free, graham cracker sandwiches. They also sent us a bunch to enjoy at home and are planning to send a package of each flavor to a lucky reader.
The founders of Once Again met while establishing a food co-op in Madison, Wisconsin. They shared “a common belief in the importance of herbal supplements, worker-owned cooperatives, organic and sustainable farming and the power of community.” They moved to Rochester, NY and started a co-op and a whole-grain bakery that also produced granola using a barrel roaster. In 1976, A friend suggested they make peanut butter in the roaster and they’ve been making nut butters ever since. Once Again is an employee owned company that’s committed to sustainability. Learn more here.
Once Again makes a variety of nut butters, tahini and chocolate spreads. They now make graham cracker sandwiches with peanut butter or sunflower butter.
The handcrafted graham crackers are made with a blend of organic sorghum flour, oat flour and cassava. Then, they’re filled with ethically sourced organic creamy peanut or sunflower seed butter. They are free of artificial flavors and preservatives, certified organic and gluten-free. Plus, they’re vegan and contain only non-GMO ingredients.
These graham cracker sandwiches are great for on the go snacks. I’m on team peanut butter all the way, but the sunflower butter is a great school safe snack. The Husband is a fan, too!
Want to try both kinds? Once Again will send a lucky reader an 8 count box of each flavor like I received. Please use the Rafflecopter below to enter. The winner must have a US postal address, be 18 years of age or older and the offer is void where prohibited. The giveaway runs through October 24. A winner will be selected and notified on October 25.
