I met the folks from Dible Dough at Sweets and Snacks last year. Before Valentine’s Day, they had an EPIC giveaway for a Kitchen Aid mixer, adorable apron and a “year’s worth” of their shelf stable cookie dough bites. Of course, I signed up. And guess what?! I won! I gifted the mixer to Stacy as she’s a talented baker and didn’t have one. She also lives 2 blocks away and loves to share. It turns out that a “year’s worth” of Dible Dough is A LOT. Dible Dough is full of simple, recognizable, ethically sourced ingredients. The ingredients are all natural. The shelf-stable bars use a special mix of shortening and butter that makes them safe to eat with no refrigeration. You can eat them on the go for a midday snack or put them in a lunchbox for an easy treat.
Each pack has 2 “bites and you can eat it like a candy bar. They’re filled with all natural ingredients that “everyone can recognize.” Each pack has 220 calories and is a great treat.

We like Dible Dough around here! My fave is Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip with the other two in close second. The Husband didn’t “get” why this product was needed until he tried it and then implored me not to give it all away. He “gets” it now.
