One of my favorite new finds at Expo West this year was Sound Sparking Water. Sound is not new but it is new to me. They’ve also refreshed their look and added sparkling waters to their sparkling tea line. One of the trends I noticed was that there were a ton of functional beverages and waters this year. Sound is sparkling water made with organic tea, botanicals and fruit extracts. They just launched a 12 can sampler two of each of all six flavors!
The folks at Sound believe that the world needs “more sweet people and less sweet drinks.” Sound’s promise is “to create the best tasting beverage, with the highest quality ingredients and the most honest and transparent business practices.” They believe that “life can be sweet without added sugar, that bubbles make everything better and that less is enough.” They also donate a portion of their sales and time to organizations on the front lines of the fight for better nutrition and food access.
Sound is available in six flavors. They are Grapefruit, Blueberry, Tangerine, Rose, Lemon and Blood Orange.
Sound’s drinks have no sweeteners of any kind – natural or otherwise. They’re sparkling water combined with unique tea and botanical blends. All of the extracts are certified Organic and derived from single ingredients.
What differentiates Sound from other sparkling waters is the botanicals and teas:
- Grapefruit has lavender and ginger tea
- Tangerine has with lemongrass and green tea
- Blueberry has cinnamon and hibiscus tea
- Blood Orange has vanilla and black tea
- Lemon has thyme and white tea
- Rose has lime and hibiscus tea
I’m a fan of all of the flavors. I’ve ordered a bunch and shared with friends. Everyone loved it. My fave is Blueberry followed closely by Grapefruit. I like Grapefruit and Lemon as cocktail mixer, too.
Want to try Sound? I’ll send one lucky reader a new pack sampler (2 of each). The winner must be 18 years of age or older, have a US postal address and the offer is void where prohibited. The giveaway ends on November 30. A winner will be selected and notified on December 1.
