I’m not a great sleeper and now that travel’s coming back, I need even more help! I use some of the products from Asutra’s “Your Sleep Routine.” They have an on-the-go kit so I can take these products with me on trips. I got a few on sale recently at Athleta, so I’m going to share one with a lucky reader.
Asutra believes in active self care. They believe that “self care isn’t selfish.” Asutra has over 50 organic and natural products — from skin care, body scrubs and salts, aromatherapy, to pain relief — so you can care for yourself the way you want. Asutra is women-owned and women-led. Venus Williams started as a customer and now she’s their Chief Brand Officer!
Asutra offers natural, safe products at an accessible price. They use organic plants, minerals, and essential oils. They never test on animals and all products are free of parabens, phthalates and petroleum.
Asutra’s key ingredient is magnesium. I’ve used it for a long time for muscle aches and pain. It also helps with fatigue, stress and anxiety, headaches and energy.
Your Sleep Routine On The Go includes:
- 1 oz. Magnesium Oil Spray to soothe and relax
- 2 oz. Soak the Day Away Bath Salts to wind down
- 1 oz. Mind Your Mood Aromatherapy Mist in lavender chamomile to set the stage for a good night’s sleep
- 2 sachets of Dream the Night Away magnesium melatonin cream.
I love the bath salts and Magnesium Oil Spray. Both are a part of my evening routine. I also like the Melt Pain Away Body Butter for sore muscles, eczema and winding down.
