You may remember my review of reBLEND Smoothie Pops. These shelf stable, “freeze then squeeze” smoothie pops are a fave. They recently rebranded and re-packaged the pops, but they are still using whole upcycled fruits and veggies to make the same convenient, delicious smoothie pops. It’s the same great product with a new look and an easier to open package.
reHarvest Provisions is a female-founded business based in Denver, Colorado. They believe that “food should make you feel good – about the impact it has on your body and the world around you.” Their mission is to craft functional food blends and tackle food waste. Through their reHARVEST + rePURPOSE initiative, they works with farmers to purchase and use fruits and vegetables that are “imperfect” and would otherwise go to waste. They’re creating “great for you” products with an impact. Plus, they taste great!
Each functional, smoothie blend is packed with fruit, vegetables, and superfoods. They’re gluten free, dairy free and vegan. They come in a shelf stable pouch. You pop them in the freezer and then let them thaw for a minute before eating them like a superfood sorbet.
ReHarvest Provisions Smoothie Pops come in four flavors. They are Very Berry, Frose All Day, Super Greens and Tropical Bliss. Each of them has a functional benefit and the simple, real food ingredients listed on the label.
I like all four flavors. My favorite is Very Berry. It’s so refreshing and not too sweet. I love to have these in my freezer in case I’m running low on fresh fruit or need a little pick me up. These are great for kids, too. They have no added sugar and are all fruit, vegetables and superfoods.
