A Healthy Start to ’22 with R.E.D.D Radiant Energy #Giveaway

One of my best healthy hacks is to always have the great tasting, healthy snacks on hand. REDD Bars are a long time fave. I recently won a giveaway from REDD and a few other healthy brands. I’m going to send a lucky reader an 8 pack of REDD bars to start the new year right.

I met REDD in 2016 at Expo East (post). Even though I’d tried a ton of energy bars, I was intrigued by their marketing. Once I saw the clean ingredients and had a taste, I was hooked. I’ve been a huge fan ever since. In 2019, the brand had a makeover inside and out! They changed from a masculine look to a more feminine, lifestyle look. They kept the same great ingredients, but lowered the sugar and added prebiotics, probiotics and a new superfood blend.

REDD Bars took a great product and made it even better. They’re 100% plant based, all natural, vegan, gluten free, non-GMO and soy free. They contain a variety of superfoods. The biggest change in ’19 was to lower the sugar. The bars now have 3 – 5 g of sugar per bar and no added sugar. They also added a prebiotic and probiotic blend and an adaptogenic mushroom blend. They removed the cashews so they’re now tree nut free.

REDD bars come in four flavors. They are Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Chocolate, Chocolate Mint and Salted Caramel. My faves in the new formulation are Peanut Butter and Chocolate. When I did product demos, people loved the lower sugar and taste/texture of the bars.
