Tried it Tuesday: LivBar Organic Superfood Bars #Giveaway

I’ve seen LivBars in a few healthy snack boxes. I had the opportunity to try a variety box of all the flavors and I jumped on it. LivBars are an organic, nutritionally balanced and allergy-friendly choice. They’ve recently rebranded and reformulated all of the bars with only organic and vegan ingredients.

LivBar’s founder is a nutritionist. She started making healthy, on the go food bars for her husband who has multiple food allergies. They were made by hand using real food ingredients. As a nutritionist, she was looking for better snack options for her clients. She realized that there were an opportunity to share her homemade creations with a broader audience.

LivBars are plant-based and filled with superfood ingredients. All of the bars are vegan, non-GMO and free of dairy, gluten, soy and corn. The bars are handmade in a solar-powered facility in Oregon and packaged in a compostable wrapper, so they’re good for the environment, too.

LivBars come in five varieties. They are Raspberry Maca, Blueberry Vanilla, Coffee Maple Cacao, Ginger Lemon Turmeric and Lemongrass Cherry Matcha.

I like all of the flavors. Ginger Lemon Turmeric is my fave with Blueberry Vanilla Kale running a close second! The bars have a nice texture and taste. They’re not too sweet so they’re great for an on-the-go breakfast or snack. Don’t worry, you can’t taste the kale! You just get the nutrients. Lauren is a big fan, too, and she’s shared some with her PT patients, too.

Want to try LivBars? I’ll send a lucky reader one of each flavor from my variety pack. Winner must have a US postal address, be 18 years of age or older and the offer is void where prohibited. The giveaway runs through December 7. A winner will be selected and notified on December 8.

The winner is Christine B. The Rafflecopter got hacked but I was able to recover the entries and choose with random.org.

Don’t want to wait? Get LivBars online or on Amazon. You can also follow LivBar on Facebook and Instagram.

Which flavor would you try first?
