I’m a big fan of Lil Bucks sprouted buckwheat. When I saw their newest product, I bought it right away. It’s an everything seasoning with sprouted buckwheat. I’m a huge fan of everything seasoning and Lil Bucks and had visions of amazing avocado toast dancing in my head. They recently had a second anniversary sale so I got a few extras and one to give away.
Emily “found” sprouted buckwheat in a “life changing” acai bowl in Australia. She decided to bring this crunchy, gluten free superfood to the US. Sprouted buckwheat is actually buckwheat groats – a fruit seed. The sprouted buckwheat is dehydrated and ready to eat from the bag.
Lil Bucks are made in a gluten free facility. All products are gluten free and vegan and they use no GMO ingredients. The Everything Szn-ing contains slow toasted buckwheat and all organic ingredients.
Emily added her OG Little Bucks and everything seasoning to her avocado toast for two years. The sprouted buckwheat adds the crunch and everything seasoning adds “the most delicious garlicky x oniony x salty flavor.” So they created this new pantry staple – Everything Bucks Szn-ing. They say, “you’re gonna put it on… well, everything.”
I’ve made a variety of “toasts” with Lil Bucks Everything Szn-ing. I use Outer Aisle sandwich thins toasted and combos of avocado and/or egg. Adding the Everything Szn-ing makes these combos next level. I’m going to try some in oatmeal for a savory oatmeal and on my veggies. Any other ideas?
