One of my favorite new, healthy snacks from this year’s NCA Sweets & Snack Show was pretzels from Stellar Snacks. If you missed my Sweets & Snacks recap, you can check it out here.
Stellar Snacks is a women owned business making all natural pretzels in Carson City, NV. From hand-picked seasonings to sustainably harvested flours, they take pride in the natural ingredients used to create their ambitious flavors. They believe their pretzels are “little works of art, so they create packaging that’s as creative as the tiny twists inside.” Stellar partners with emerging illustrators and designers to create beautiful, unique packaging.
Stellar Snacks pretzels are all natural, vegan and contain only non-GMO ingredients. They come in 5 oz. and 16 oz. bags. Each flavor has the art work of an emerging artist on its bag. There’s a QR code on each bag so you can learn more about the artists.
They have four awesome flavors of braided pretzels. They are Simply Stellar, Bold & Herby, Maui Monk and Sweet & Sparky.
Stellar Braids are crunchy and delicious. The Simply Stellar are buttery even though they’re vegan. I brought the Sweet & Sparkly to a cookout and we all loved the mix of spicy buffalo seasoning and monkfruit. It was hard to put these down! Lauren tried the Maui Monk which she thought were “addictive” and “the perfect mix of salty and sweet.” The Bold & Herby adds garlic to the mix with onion. All of these flavors are good, but I’m obsessed with Sweet and Sparky. It’s definitely my favorite with Simply Stellar in a close second place.
