I had the opportunity to check out Kitsch hair care and beauty accessories. They make a variety of hair products, accessories and wellness goodies for all hair and skin types.
Kitsch is a female-owned global accessory brand “built on positivity and hard work.” Established in 2010 with a business plan of less than a page, Kitsch now sells products in over 27 countries across 20,000 retail locations worldwide. They’re committed to creating high quality products that are effortless, elevated and easy to use. Kitsch believes that “everyone should feel confident when purchasing our products no matter your hair type, style, or budget.”
Kitsch makes hair accessories, brushes and combs and new shampoo and conditioner bars. They also have masks, sleep products including satin pillowcases, hair towels and spa headbands, travel pouches and bottles and much more.
I first tried the shampoo and conditioner bars and eco-friendly face rounds. The shampoo and conditioner bars are compact and effective with up to 100 washes per bar. They smell great and work well. They lather up more after a few days in the shower when they take on a bit of moisture. These will be awesome for long trips because they’re so easy to pack! The reusable face rounds are great for taking off make up. Believe it or not, I still wear some during the home stay. It makes me feel more “put together.”
Next, I tried a microfiber hair towel and got a few satin pillow cases. The towel is gentle on the hair and dries it in about half the time. This is perfect for my pandemic length hair. I usually let it air dry if I can. The packaging is a waterproof pouch – another great feature for when we can travel again. I haven’t tried the satin pillow cases yet, but they’re supposed to be easy on the hair and skin.
