You may remember notes to self socks from my post last year. I found notes to self on Instagram and checked out their site. They sent me a bunch of socks to check out and I’m a huge fan. They just launched new “LITE-NOTES” and face coverings and sent me some to check out.
In 2011, the founder of notes to self socks was inspired to put affirmations on socks. Her daughter wore one of the first prototypes, “I am confident,” to volleyball practice. The new LITE-Notes socks are great for summer workouts. They’re super comfortable like the original socks. I like the lighter weight for running and Pilates. I love the message, too! It’s a great mantra for a run or any workout.
