You may remember my review of yummy nut butter from SuperFat. They recently launched new Keto Cookie Bites. I don’t follow the Keto diet and usually stay away from low sugar products and treats. Since I love their nut butters and the ingredient list looked good, I gave them a try. I’m glad I did!
The folks behind SuperFat want to educate people on the benefits of healthy fats in the diet. SuperFat Keto Cookie Bites and nut butters are made with “just a few science backed ingredients.” The main ingredients in the cookie bites are almond and coconut flour, grass-fed butter and grass-fed collagen. They contains no added sugar, no palm oil, no-GMO ingredients and are gluten free, Keto and Paleo.
SuperFat Keto Cookie Bites come in three flavors. They are Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip and Snickerdoodle. They come in convenient 2.25 oz bags that are two servings. Each bag has 300 calories or less!
My favorite is Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip but I like them all. The cookies are bite sized and have a nice texture. They can be a bit crumbly but they taste great. The crumbs can be easily mixed in to your fave ice cream or non-dairy dessert. I love the added collagen for extra protein and other benefits. The cookies are a tasty, filling afternoon snack or dessert.
