I found Tomato Bliss at Green City Market last summer. They were selling their Tomato Broth. They recently launched a line of oven roasted heirloom tomatoes, tomato soup and a salsa. They asked if I wanted to try them and sent me a care package.
Tomato Bliss makes “delicious food from artisanal blends of 100% Michigan-grown heirloom tomatoes.” Tomato Bliss comes from a community of ecologically-minded farmers and a family-owned small-batch maker in southwest Michigan. They believe “seed diversity is a key to sustainability and if [they] make better food, [they] can make food better.” Tomato Bliss is a woman-owned company.
Tomato Bliss products are all natural and are nutrient dense. All products have no added sugar and are gluten free, vegan and Whole 30 compliant.
Tomato Bliss uses a variety of heirloom tomatoes to make four products. In addition to the Tomato Broth, they now make a Roasted Tomato Soup, Roasted Tomato Salsa Verde and Oven Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes.
These all natural, super fresh products are delicious. We’ve made this delicious, easy sausage dish with the Oven Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes three times so far. I loved the Tomato Soup for lunch with crackers. The Tomato Broth is so light and refreshing. I like it chilled in the summer and warmed in the spring. I’m excited to try more recipes with the additional jars of oven roasted tomatoes we bought!
